Be part of the revolution and help us close the gender gap in technology

We are building an ecosystem of women leaders in AI to train, support and empower women on boards who are deciding the future of their companies. With part of the profits and resources, we boost the new leaders of the future in STEAM careers.

35%

According to the Global Gender Gap Report 2026, women make up only 35% of the workforce in the category "Technology, Information and Media"

We invest in girls' STEAM future

Do you remember being a young girl and dreaming about what you wanted to be when you grew up? We want girls to dream without limits, and we want to support them so that one day they can create a new medicine, build a rocket to the moon or pursue any profession related to the world of STEAM. That is why we are actively looking for organisations all around the globe that are driving this kind of initiative. Let us work together?

We bring good news!! We are going to spend some time in Fort Portal (Uganda), and we are looking for NGOs working with schools that have electricity and girls and boys who speak English. Is yours one of them? Leka twehangehange tukorrehamu ebikuhuniriza

I'm a jourist, currently not practicing, with a PDD from IESE Business School, and my professional career has moved between law, business and impact. But what has truly brought me here is something personal: I am a survivor, and it is precisely that experience that is shaping this new chapter, both professional and personal at once.

That is how Mujeres que Impactan was born: a social enterprise with two pillars that support each other. We build the ecosystem where women leaders in AI train women on boards, so they can lead their companies by putting AI to work for the greatest possible positive impact on people's lives, always keeping people, not technology, at the centre. With part of those profits, we empower future leaders in STEAM careers so that the next generations disrupt the status quo and create our world.

This summer, life has placed a beautiful phrase in front of me again and again: "Many small people, in small places, doing small things, can change the world" (Eduardo Galeano).

Our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals

Our project is aligned with the United Nations 2030 Agenda and contributes directly to four Sustainable Development Goals.

SDG 4 logoSDG 4

Quality education

We offer ongoing training in artificial intelligence so that women can improve their skills and make better decisions, and we bring technology closer to girls and teenagers.

SDG 5 logoSDG 5

Gender equality

We design training programmes specifically for women, giving them the skills and confidence they need to advance in their careers and reach their full potential.

SDG 10 logoSDG 10

Reduced inequalities

We open doors and opportunities to those who have historically had less access, promoting professional development with equal opportunities and free from discrimination.

SDG 17 logoSDG 17

Partnerships for the goals

We build community and weave networks between women, talent and opportunities, placing the SDGs at the very heart of the project.
